Nickel-Catalyzed Regio- and Stereoselective Alkylation and Dimerization of Allenes: Harnessing the Flexibility of Nickel Oxidation States in Reductive Allene Coupling
ligands along with the distinctive reductive properties of silane. Mechanistic investigations suggest that the transformation proceeds through a dual catalytic pathway involving both Ni(II)-Ni(I) and Ni(I)-Ni(II)-Ni(III) catalytic cycles.
