The Coupling-Interface Adaptive Flow Regulating Valve: A Dynamical Topological Mechanism for Global Determinacy and Local Indeterminacy (Paper No.33 of Pythagorean Frustum Unified System (PFUS))

Based on the primitive axioms and geometric uniqueness of the Pythagorean Frustum Unified System (PFUS), this paper constructs a two-dimensional local adaptive flow regulating valve model on the coupling interface of the 45° coaxial double-cone structure, and presents the dynamical topological origin of indeterminacy. Grounded in the flux complementarity between the high-dimensional and low-dimensional dual domains, the model realizes adaptive compensation and regulation through the dynamic opening of the coupling interface. On the premise of maintaining global structural conservation, topological completeness and strict determinacy, the model naturally derives the unpredictability of local instantaneous flux. This mechanism derives the fundamental logic of quantum indeterminacy only from geometric constraints and dynamical self-stabilization, without introducing probabilistic postulates or measurement limitations. The model is fully compatible with Banach completeness, symplectic space structure, the global dynamical operator β₁ and the prime-dimensional evolution path 1⇒5⇒11, which can serve as a locally realizable mathematical-physical correspondence for the unified principle of determinacy and indeterminacy in the PFUS framework. This paper further reveals that the adaptive flow regulating valve is the core safety mechanism for the universe to maintain its own structural stability, and its destruction will trigger systematic structural disintegration from the local to the global level; the behavior of human observers forcibly pursuing absolute local determinacy is essentially an intervention and destruction of the cosmic self-stabilizing valve, with profound cosmological risks at the ontological level.
