Surface Density Driven Feeding Gravity

A short note proposing that the local surface mass density Σ(r) produces a direct extra gravitational acceleration. The extra term is g_extra(r) = (Σ(r)/K)·c with K = c/(4πG). Results for the Milky Way and Andromeda are presented. Code and data are provided in the linked repository.

Abstract

A short note proposing that the local surface mass density Σ(r) produces a direct extra gravitational acceleration. The extra term is g_extra(r) = (Σ(r)/K)·c with K = c/(4πG). Results for the Milky Way and Andromeda are presented. Code and data are provided in the linked repository.
