Structural Constant Readouts: Fine-Structure and Mass-Ratio Candidates from Finite Distinguishability Closure (SCR v5)

The central numerical hook of this paper is the FDC scalar readout Φ_G ≈ 137.035999166, to be compared externally with the CODATA 2022 inverse fine-structure constant α⁻¹ = 137.035999177. The paper also records structural readouts near selected dimensionless mass ratios, including - proton/electron mass ratio: Ψ₁ ≈ 1836.152673426, compared externally with CODATA 2022 mp/me = 1836.152673426; - muon/electron mass ratio: near 206.7682827; - tau/electron mass ratio: near 3477.23. These empirical values are not used as inputs to the readout procedure. They are used only as external comparison targets. The purpose of SCR is not to fit empirical constants, but to document the numerical consequences of the FDC structural grammar and make the coincidence cost explicit. SCR records compact structural readouts including values near α⁻¹, selected lepton and hadronic mass-ratio structures, atomic ratio networks, and related dimensionless patterns. It serves as the numerical interface between the formal FDC layer and the physical interpretation layers PFC and AOH. Within the broader MOF–FDC–PFC–SCR–AOH program: - MOF provides the eliminative ontological foundation.- FDC provides the formal finite-distinguishability closure grammar from which the readouts are obtained.- SCR records the structural constant readouts and their external comparisons.- PFC gives the physical reading layer.- AOH applies the same readout grammar to Hubble-scale and galactic-scale phenomena. Readers interested in the formal derivation of the readout grammar should consult FDC. Readers interested in physical and observational applications should consult PFC and AOH. Readers interested in the foundational ontology should consult MOF. This paper should be read as a non-fitting structural readout record, not as a numerical fitting exercise.
