TIC/CIT as a Forcing Extension: A Research Program Connecting Physical Stability Axioms to the Logical Independence of the Riemann Hypothesis

We propose that the Cosmic Information Theory (TIC/CIT) framework constitutes a forcing extension of ZFC, in which the Riemann Hypothesis is decided by physical stability axioms. We define the forcing poset P_TIC, identify key open problems (notably the countable chain condition), and conjecture that Con(ZFC+TIC) is equiconsistent with the existence of an inaccessible cardinal. The E₈–Woodin connection is discussed as a speculative horizon. This paper is a research program, not a complete set-theoretic proof.

Abstract

We propose that the Cosmic Information Theory (TIC/CIT) framework constitutes a forcing extension of ZFC, in which the Riemann Hypothesis is decided by physical stability axioms. We define the forcing poset P_TIC, identify key open problems (notably the countable chain condition), and conjecture that Con(ZFC+TIC) is equiconsistent with the existence of an inaccessible cardinal. The E₈–Woodin connection is discussed as a speculative horizon. This paper is a research program, not a complete set-theoretic proof.
