Unusual white plaque on the vulva

We present a case of a 69-year-old female patient who had an asymptomatic 1cm raised white plaque on the lower labium majus. Histopathological examination showed epidermal hyperplasia with clear cell changes, well-demarcated from the adjacent normal epidermis.
