The genome sequence of the Bluebell moth, Eana incanana (Stephens, 1852) (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae)
<ns3:p> We present a genome assembly from an individual male <ns3:italic>Eana incanana</ns3:italic> (Bluebell moth; Arthropoda; Insecta; Lepidoptera; Tortricidae). The assembly contains two haplotypes with total lengths of 372.33 megabases and 373.40 megabases. Most of haplotype 1 (99.64%) is scaffolded into 30 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the Z sex chromosome. Haplotype 2 was assembled to scaffold level. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled, with a length of 16.01 kilobases. This assembly was generated as part of the Darwin Tree of Life project, which produces genomes for eukaryotic species found in Britain and Ireland. </ns3:p>
