Abstract : Students of Thai Nguyen University study and live primarily in the urban area of Thai Nguyen province, Vietnam. Based on an analysis of some theoretical issues and manifestations of deviant and “non standard” behaviors in the current cyberspace, this article proposes several solutions to enhance the role of Thai Nguyen University students in identifying these deviant and “non standard” behaviors in the cyberspace.
