The genome sequence of the parasitoid wasp, Ophion forticornis Morley, 1915 (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae)
<ns3:p> We present a genome assembly from an individual female <ns3:italic>Ophion forticornis</ns3:italic> (Arthropoda; Insecta; Hymenoptera; Ichneumonidae). The genome sequence has a total length of 682.57 megabases. Most of the assembly (92.31%) is scaffolded into 13 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled, with a length of 28.44 kilobases. This assembly was generated as part of the Darwin Tree of Life project, which produces reference genomes for eukaryotic species found in Britain and Ireland. </ns3:p>
