Longevity. The universal forecasting model of Green Islands: ascending Climax or Progressive Micro areas.

Abstract This article is the outcome, the fruits of a multi-year study on the survival and adaptation of the species in specific environments. Is the summary of a comprehensive seven-volume Treatise, the result of seven years of study, begun in 2020 and concluded in 2026. It took its first steps primarily to fill the numerous research gaps in the field of longevity, as well as health itself. Unlike recent methodological criticisms of Blue Zones (as has happened in recent years, e.g. with Newman and various universities), the data presented in this study of communities in Sardinia offer a novel perspective based on direct field evidence, not from pre-existing statistical data. Thanks to four principles and a new computational method, revolutionary scientific-experimental evidence have emerged indicating a direct and absolute correspondence between the presence of certain factors and the highest longevity indices. Ultimately, this correspondence confirms that the identified factors activate and enhance both biological processes and the variability of genes and genomic expression. This unprecedented result challenges the current theories of longevity. It arose from a number of insights—which later became the Irrefutable Principles—through a multidisciplinary approach, incorporated into the field of longevity for the first time in this article. From these intuitions, through strictly consequential steps, others have derived, unprecedented in the context of longevity. The second and fourth principles are linked to the first and third principles, respectively, while the fifth summarizes and reflects them all: 1. The first principle: 1 The extraordinary relationships between genomes, bacteria, and nutrition. 2. The second principle: Longevity and depopulation have an inverse relationship. 3. The third principle: 1 The importance of ancient traditions and bioenergy. 4. The fourth principle: Epidemics in Sardinia: the "inverse longevity map." 5. The fifth principle: the alternative I.L.I. index (integrated). The final result, not without surprises for the author, has been the birth of the Green Islands® forecasting model. The complete work includes in-depth analyses and developments, including comparative interviews. Finally, some clichés about the supposedly better health conditions of larger population centers compared to smaller ones, both in the past and more recently, have been debunked.
