Supporting datasets for a multicellular hiPSC-derived 3D BBB-on-chip model
This repository contains supporting datasets, GraphPad Prism files, and representative figures associated with the development and validation of a fully hiPSC-derived 3D BBB-on-chip model. The data include TEER measurements, permeability assays, drug transport studies, qPCR analyses, live and dead assays, and immunocytochemistry characterization.
