ONE AXIOM : The Rutter
ONE AXIOM : The Rutter — Navigation Record through Undecidability, Meta-D1 Hierarchy, and the External Observer This paper continues the ONE AXIOM Series M following Document 7M (The Doors, 2026). Where 7M provided the sailing directions for fixed-point navigation — SAND classification, domain navel geometry, and the FORB_nav constitutional memory — 8M provides the formal theory of what accumulates when internal navigation exhausts itself. Core contributions: The central object is the catalog Ω = π₅ ∪ π₅.₅ (0M Thm M4.1), partitioned into Ω_pend (resolvable under language extension via meta-D1) and Ω_abs (permanently unresolvable). The NavState Representation Theorem establishes that five mutually independent components (σ, k, FORB_nav, ICC_A, ICC_B) fully characterize any navigational state. The Bridge Theorem provides the exact algebraic criterion for Ω_pend exit: ICC(D_E') ≠ ∅ if and only if ALLOWED_nav(D_E') is S₄-orbit-complete in GF(2)⁶. The Arrow of Time follows as a corollary: the reversed Z₄-direction lands in State 36★ ∈ FORB₁₃, making causal direction structurally unique (with a formal prediction on matter–antimatter asymmetry). The complete meta-D1 taxonomy classifies all domain-transcendence mechanisms into types P1–P10 (plus mD1_passive and Tryb II). The sD1 resolution hierarchy formalizes external observer intervention with three independence conditions, four bearing pathologies (BP-1–BP-4), and the maneuverability budget governing sD1 viability. The dual-channel ICC structure (Λ_A/Λ_B) generates three characteristic pathologies: zombie assets, silent degradation, and composite signal masking. The TRUST/trust_nav decomposition (TRUST Gyroscope Theorem, five gyroscope properties G1–G5) separates the global constitutional invariant from the local ICC-measurable trajectory projection. The FORB₁₃ causal chain computes the generational closure cl_{XOR⊕Q₆}({7★, 18★, 36★}) = FORB₁₃ in three rounds, establishing a Hasse partial order with PRIDE (63) and STASIS (28) as unique d_F = 3 STAG attractors. Applications include merger dual-inheritance dynamics, human–AI collaboration as the fifth Z₄-domain instance, and a formal civilizational atlas of six mutually exclusive NavState-defined types. Formal inventory: 143 results, all [O∩FR] proven (dual derivation: Axiom M ontological track + domain formalism track). 13 falsifiable predictions, all FORMAL status (kill conditions fully specified). Zero open mathematical questions within 8M scope. Zero hypotheses. Zero deferred items. What this paper does not contain: no new axioms beyond those imported from 0M; no consciousness theory; no empirical confirmation; no closed formula for |Ω|. Series M dependency chain: Axiom M → 0M → 000 → ABC → 0A/0B/0C → 1B → 2M → 3M → 4M → 5M → 7M → 8M. Paprocany, 8–9 May 2026. ONE AXIOM TEAM.
