ICC-R2: From Stochastic Copying Dynamics to Cosmological Predictions Calibration of the Hubble Parameter via CLASS Integration

We present the implementation and calibration of the Information-Copying Cosmology (ICCR2) framework within the CLASS v3.3.4 Boltzmann code. The ICC model introduces abackground component characterized by a dimensionless defect parameter ∆∗ = 0.10±0.02,which emerges from stochastic copying dynamics on a simplicial complex and plays therole of an e ective coupling constant analogous to the ne-structure constant α ≈ 1/137 inelectrodynamics. We derive the mapping µicc = −α·∆∗ with geometric factor α = 3.00 andimplement the corresponding energy density ρicc(a) and pressure picc(a) in the Friedmannequations. Through systematic scanning of µicc ∈ [−0.35,0], we verify the linear responseH0(µicc) = HΛCDM0×(1+0.5µicc)+O(µ2icc) with relative accuracy < 0.01%. For the latticederived value ∆∗ = 0.105 ± 0.005, we predict H0 = 56.1 ±1.5 km/s/Mpc, corresponding toa ∼17% suppression relative to ΛCDM. This prediction is falsi able against local distanceladder measurements and CMB+BAO joint analyses. Abstract

All scripts, con gurations, and resultsare archived on Zenodo (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20077953) for full reproducibility.
