The Emergence of Spacetime Dimensions and Matter from Fundamental Quantum Field Dynamics

This paper proposes a conceptual theoretical framework in which spacetime dimensionality and matter are interpreted not as primordial structures, but as emergent phenomena arising from the dynamics of fundamental quantum fields in the earliest phase of the universe. Within this framework, the permissible directions of field evolution are treated as intrinsic dynamical properties capable of generating geometric organization. Under a generalized energy-level minimization principle, probabilistic quantum processes selectively stabilize specific spacetime configurations. We introduce the concept of “dimensional compression” to describe the transition from an initially undefined high-energy state toward an emergent four-dimensional spacetime structure.Simultaneously, matter formation is considered a co-emergent process contributing to the stabilization of spacetime geometry and the effective orientation of the temporal dimension. Furthermore, the observed arrow of time is interpreted as a relational consequence of matter interactions, dynamical asymmetry, and entropy increase. The proposed framework attempts to establish a conceptual bridge between quantum field dynamics, emergent spacetime geometry, and relativistic temporal structure.Although the model presented here remains speculative and conceptual in nature, it offers a coherent interpretative perspective connecting quantum uncertainty, geometry formation, matter emergence, and temporal directionality within a unified cosmological framework.
