Compras electrónicas por Acuerdos Marco y la gestión logística en una entidad del sector público

The main objective of the study was to determine the relationship between electronic procurement through Framework Agreements and logistics management in a public entity. The research followed a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental, correlational design, and was applied in nature. The sample consisted of 40 employees from the logistics department of a State entity. The technique used was a survey, and the instrument was a questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaires was verified through the judgment of three experts, while reliability was assessed using Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient, obtaining 0.808 for electronic procurement through Framework Agreements and 0.830 for logistics management, indicating high reliability. Furthermore, the analysis of Pearson’s correlation test yielded a value of 0.629 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, thereby confirming the research hypothesis and demonstrating that a relationship exists between electronic procurement through Framework Agreements and logistics management. In conclusion, the efficient use of electronic procurement through Framework Agreements will contribute to improving logistics management in the public entity. Additionally, it is necessary for staff to receive adequate training in order to achieve the planned objectives.
