Newton's Constant Is Not Primitive in Quantum Traction Theory: Artian Angular Capacity, Universal Endurance Ceilings, and G = ℓ_A² c³ / ℏ Without Planck-Length Circularity
Six algebraic faces of Newton's constant, with the neutrino face split into shape and absolute-scale tests The derivation is not the definition of Planck length solved backward. Its load-bearing source chain is: \[ \nabla\!\cdot\!\mathbf J_{\rm end}=-\frac{4\pi\ell_A^3}{m_A t_A}\rho_M,\qquad \mathbf g=\frac{1}{t_A}\mathbf J_{\rm end},\qquad C_\Omega=4\pi,\quad \chi_g=1,\quad G_A=\frac{\ell_A^2c^3}{\hbar}. \] A2 supplies the endurance sink, the radial-angular source fibre fixes 4π, and the complete endpoint-faithful A2-A6-A7 packet fixes χg=1. The gravitational coupling is therefore not a second source primitive once the Artian ruler is declared. Scientific result: a QTT zero-fit source-explanatory victory for Newtonian gravity. Standard Newtonian and Einstein gravity remain the empirical comparators and use G as an empirical coupling. QTT instead supplies the finite source mechanism and absolute coefficient with no gravity-target-fitted choice beyond its one dimensional ruler. The six endpoint faces are typed as correlated access audits, not six independent predictions. The paper does not claim a source-only derivation of the ruler's SI value. That distinction preserves the non-circular gravity theorem while keeping the absolute SI gate visible.
