p ≡ 1 (mod q)
(EN) This document investigates the equation N = 19A + 9B and proves that the smallest non-negative A-value in every representation equals the digital root of N: A₀ = dr(N). From this central theorem, structural properties are derived — including the reduction chain as the key to representations, symmetry points, family boundaries, and threshold values. The results are generalised to all pairs (p, q) with p ≡ 1 (mod q), for which a direct solution method is proved that is more efficient than the Euclidean algorithm. The document also contains observations on perfect numbers within this system.
