Research on key technology and practical application of charged replacement of fractured interphase spacing rods in 500kV compact transmission lines

In this paper, the fracture of interphase spacer bar of three-phase inverted triangle arrangement conductor in 500kV compact transmission line is studied to affect the transmission safety[1][2]. Firstly, it analyzes the important role of the interphase spacer and the hazards of the fracture situation[3][4], and then it discusses the key technology of replacing the fractured interphase spacer with electricity for the actual working condition of 500kV compact line [5], including the calculation of the minimum interphase distance distance that should be met by equipotential operation[6], the working method, the research and development and improvement of the required tools[7], and the safety guarantee measures[8], etc. Through practical application cases, it verifies the validity and feasibility of these technologies[9]. The effectiveness and feasibility of these techniques are verified through practical application cases, aiming to provide powerful technical support for improving the operation and maintenance level of 500kV compact transmission lines and guaranteeing the safe and stable operation of power grids.
