Research on the Mountain Orchard Wheeled Vehicle Active Suspension Control Based on Endocrine Single-Neuron Fuzzy Algorithm

To decrease vibration intensity and raise transportation quality of the mountain orchard wheeled vehicle, an endocrine single-neuron fuzzy control strategy is proposed. Firstly, an endocrine single-neuron PID intelligent controller with long feedback and ultrashort feedback loops is designed, which achieve the gain K of single-neuron PID controllers (SNPC) dynamic adaptive adjustment. Then, combining endocrine single-neuron PID intelligent controller and fuzzy controller, a novel endocrine single-neuron fuzzy controller (ESNFC) for the mountain orchard wheeled vehicle suspension system is designed for the first time. The experiment results under variable conditions show that compared with SNPC and linear quadratic regulator (LQR) controller, maximum and root mean square values of the body vertical acceleration and tire dynamic load indicators controlled by ESNFC are reduced by about 20%, 15% and 10%, 15%, respectively. ESNFC has strong adaptability, robustness and good anti-interference ability, which can effectively improve the ride comfort and handing stability, reduce vibration damage to fruits during transportation of vehicles. It provides a new method for intelligent control of the mountain orchard wheeled vehicle active suspension.
