Zhang and co‐workers achieve hours‐long organic long persistent luminescence by engineering a three‐component system containing donor, sensitizer and acceptor. The difluoroboron β‐diketonate sensitizer absorbs photo‐excitation energy and induces charge separation process to form donor radical cation and acceptor radical anion. The retarded charge recombination between the radical intermediates leads to significant organic afterglow that can last for two hours under ambient conditions. This work provides a unique way to realize long persistent luminescence and underscores the pivotal role of three‐component collaboration in enabling ultralong organic afterglow, providing a clear design blueprint for future materials. Abstract
