The appearance of neoplasms, including pigmented, is one of the most serious post-tattoo complications. It has been retrospectively established that multiple elevations above the surface of the tattoo emerged approximately 6 months after the tattoo performance. Objective findings: condition of the patient is satisfactory, pathology on the side of other organs and systems has not been identified. Status localis: multiple elevated black papules with smooth oval-shaped surface located in the tattoo area. The resection of 3 pigmented neoplasms was performed, the following diagnosis was established according to the results of histological examination: D.22.5 Melanocytic nevus of the trunk. Conclusion.
