Updated Review of the 4Ts Score for Heparin-Induced Thrombocytopenia

The 4Ts score is widely used for determining the probability of heparin-induced thrombocytopenia (HIT). This should guide testing and management decision-making when a patient has a decrease in platelets or thrombocytopenia.
