Langualgebra: A Runnable Language-Math Framework Using Numerical Variables for Suffix-Affected Concepts
Langualgebra is a runnable language-math framework that replaces letter-based variables with number-based variables for conceptual analysis. In numerical algebra, letters can operate as variables because they are distinct from the numbers being manipulated. In Langualgebra, the inversion is intentional: language is already made of letters, so numbers are used as variables to reduce ambiguity when a language model is asked to reason over concepts, instances, suffixes, and transformed classes. Formula 001 is the first executable form of Langualgebra. It defines 01 as a reifiable concept, class, process, act, or artifact-category; 02 as a specific instance or manifestation of 01; a suffix as the affecting condition applied to the concept; 01 plus suffix as the affected class; and 02 plus suffix as a specific instance of that affected class. The suffix is not decorative. It is the operative transformation. The formula uses the suffix to unearth what 01 becomes when viewed relative to that suffix. In this version, the suffix is AI. Applying the formula to 01 = Technology produces 01AI = TechnologyAI: technology involved with or affected by artificial intelligence. This release includes TechnologyAI as the first complete execution of Formula 001. The report moves from the runnable formula, to specific AI-affected technology instances, to a class-level characterization of TechnologyAI. It identifies defining properties, structural changes, boundary conditions, internal tensions, and world-level implications of technology under AI involvement. TechnologyAI summary: This execution asks what happens to “Technology” when AI becomes the suffix acting on it. The result is that AI-involved technology is not merely ordinary technology with a new feature added. It becomes a different class condition: technology that can reason, generate, adapt, act, monitor, and sometimes improve or reconfigure itself. Traditional technology was mostly tool-like. A hammer, spreadsheet, database, or machine waited for human direction. AI-involved technology does not always wait. It can interpret intent, work across text, code, image, audio, video, data, and physical systems, continue tasks over time, and participate in decisions or actions that once required direct human operation. The report characterizes TechnologyAI through three main shifts: from feature to substrate, from deterministic operation to probabilistic behavior, and from operated tool to agentive system. These shifts create new pressures across software, hardware, energy, medicine, factories, science, security, labor, governance, and infrastructure. The central tension is that AI-involved technology moves faster than the human systems built to evaluate and govern it. Technical capability, deployment speed, and automation are accelerating, while law, ethics, oversight, institutional trust, and public understanding move more slowly. The result is not simply an upgrade to technology. It is a category shift in what technology is, how it behaves, and what must be named, evaluated, and governed. This version should be read as a conceptual working-paper upgrade and framework application. It does not claim final empirical exhaustion, legal classification, patent status, or absolute priority over all adjacent work. Its purpose is to establish a dated, citable formulation of Formula 001, Langualgebra, and the first complete suffix-affected execution for critique, comparison, refinement, and future validation.
