Dispersion of GN Measurements: Strong Metric Projection and (m,l,t) Convention in the Conceptual Triptych

EN Description: This note applies the strong metric projection convention of the Conceptual Triptych (TC) to a corpus of 18 experimental measurements of G_N published between 1996 and 2026, supplemented by CODATA 2018 as normalisation reference. Each measurement is decomposed into elementary quantities — masses (m), lengths (ℓ), times (t) — classified as effective (E) or algebraic (A) according to the experimental protocol read from the primary papers. The TC prediction is δ = −n_eff × T1, with T1 = 118.09 ppm derived algebraically from α_s = 3/(8π) and f_F ∈ Z[√2], without free parameter. Five experimental families are identified (standard ToS, AAF/Cavendish, quartz resonance, Fabry-Perot double pendulum, atom interferometry) with n_eff = 0, +1, +2, +2, +3 respectively. The Schlamminger/NIST 2026 blind measurement (Metrologia 63, 025012) strongly suggests an experimental bias in the original BIPM measurements. Two TC values of G_N are discussed: G_N^eff (effective anchor, n = 0) and G_N^alg = G_N^eff × P (algebraic, n = +2), derived from the geometric projection Z[√2] → Z[√π]. Version 2 supersedes the note “Prediction of G_N and M_Pl from the Extended Triptych” (v1, May 2026, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20011470). Version 2 remplace la note « Prediction of G_N and M_Pl from the Extended Triptych » (v1, mai 2026, DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.20011470).
