Measuring the impact of sustainable entrepreneurship

This bachelor's thesis discusses the benefits and applications of sustainable entrepreneurship through the exploration of critical factors to assess the Triple Bottom Line (TBL).A qualitative methodological approach will be applied, and the analysis will be done through semi-structured interviews in the Veze Sharri Group in North Macedonia.The results will show that the economic and environmental aspects are supported by precisely defined and measurable key performance indicators, but the social aspect is challenging to analyse in a consistent manner.The benefits and boundaries in applying TBL strategy in small and medium-sized companies in transitional economies have been addressed.
