MAV-MCC 4T+4S — Unified General Theory: Coherence-Gated Vacuum–Web Transition Extension v0.3.0-R1

This release updates the previous MAV-MCC 4T+4S — Unified General Theory: Vacuum–Web Transition Extension v0.2.1 (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19763931) into a coherence-gated phase-selection formulation. The package introduces and consolidates a QBRIDGE phase-selection law in which local observability is treated as a coherence-gated projection process rather than a passive registration of already-manifest structures. The operative bridge is: Θφ = Θ_norm · π/2 Θφ_core = [0.935503, 1.380705] rad Θφ_extended = [0.785546, 1.484714] rad The release includes: 1. QBRIDGE canonical phase-selection law. 2. TOI-201 c ASTRO-DYN update: depth-resolved, posterior-lite stable, full posterior/N-body still open. 3. Bright Squeezed Vacuum non-EIT optical-quantum validator: parameter-level, raw-not-found, digitization-ready. 4. BSV raw/digitization audit and data-request pathway. 5. Developing AVI annex: marginal branch-contact tears / threshold-boundary taxonomy. 6. Effective coherence-gated Lagrangian. 7. Hostile-review worklog with numerical provenance and claim boundaries. 8. SHA256 manifests and reproducibility files. This release does not claim a final universal dimensional coherence constant, raw-grade BSV validation, full TOI-201 photodynamical posterior closure, theorem-level AVI ontology, or material-generation proof. Abstract

This release updates the previous MAV-MCC 4T+4S — Unified General Theory: Vacuum–Web Transition Extension v0.2.1 (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19763931) into a coherence-gated phase-selection formulation. The package introduces and consolidates a QBRIDGE phase-selection law in which local observability is treated as a coherence-gated projection process rather than a passive registration of already-manifest structures. The operative bridge is: Θφ = Θ_norm · π/2 Θφ_core = [0.935503, 1.380705] rad Θφ_extended = [0.785546, 1.484714] rad The release includes: 1. QBRIDGE canonical phase-selection law. 2. TOI-201 c ASTRO-DYN update: depth-resolved, posterior-lite stable, full posterior/N-body still open. 3. Bright Squeezed Vacuum non-EIT optical-quantum validator: parameter-level, raw-not-found, digitization-ready. 4. BSV raw/digitization audit and data-request pathway. 5. Developing AVI annex: marginal branch-contact tears / threshold-boundary taxonomy. 6. Effective coherence-gated Lagrangian. 7. Hostile-review worklog with numerical provenance and claim boundaries. 8. SHA256 manifests and reproducibility files. This release does not claim a final universal dimensional coherence constant, raw-grade BSV validation, full TOI-201 photodynamical posterior closure, theorem-level AVI ontology, or material-generation proof.
