Oral Health Knowledge and Awareness Levels of Caregivers for Individuals Receiving Home Healthcare Services
Objective: This study aimed to assess the oral healthcare knowledge and awareness levels of caregivers providing care for individuals who are fully or partially dependent and receive home healthcare services.Materials and Methods: A telephone-based survey with 14 questions on demographic characteristics and oral health knowledge was conducted between August 1 and October 30, 2024, with primary caregivers of bedridden patients receiving telemedicine services from the Üsküdar State Hospital Home Health Unit.
