Navigating ambiguity in the middle of a merger utilizing an epen-ended creagile process
In times of AI-driven uncertainty and not-knowing, organizational transformation requires more than innovation— it calls for collective sensemaking in the ‘now.’ This interactive session draws on insights from the international project CreAgile Literacy, a 1.5-year project collaboration between the Zurich University of Applied Sciences and the travel company DERTOUR Suisse AG during a major acquisition process. Through Creative Agility workshops—combining research, play, reflection, and AI-supported co-creation—participants are learning to navigate ambiguity, their emotions, embracing not-knowing, as they decide together what truly matters. Emerging out of this practice is a shared CreAgile Literacy, and a set of future skills: to enable organizational and personal change mindfully. This will allow innovation to emerge naturally rather than being forced.
