Mobile AGI Physical-Layer Security Framework: Topological Geometric Offload and Thermodynamic Hardware Interlocks

As consumer smartphones evolve from single-shot inference devices into 24/7 Mobile AGI terminals, sensors, ISP, NPU, memory, package interconnects, and power management are no longer merely performance components; they become the physical basis for human oversight, privacy protection, and safe interruption. This paper proposes a mobile-device physical-layer security framework constrained by power, cybersecurity, and regulation, and positions it as a consumer-device companion to the 6G fronthaul TGO white paper. The architecture contains three core layers. L1, Topological Geometric Offload (TGO), uses high-dimensional geometric priors and an Mproj: ℝN → ℝ3 mapping to reduce Leq variation in phone-package and sensor-interconnect paths. L2, orthogonal out-of-band transient perturbation ζ(t), provides a local tuning path for package thermal dynamics and dielectric continuity. L3, the Zeno-Triggered Joule Latch (ZTJ-L), is treated as an irreversible or semi-permanent hardware root of trust that can provide a forensic end-state Fend under specified unauthorized sensing, thermodynamic abnormality, or latency-race imbalance conditions. ZTJ-L (Zeno-Triggered Joule Latch), ECM (Environmental Entropy Coupling), SII (Spatial Inertial Phase Identification), CVD (Causal Vacuum Detection), and Fend (Forensic End-State) are introduced in this work as audit-framework terminology and are first defined here in the academic record. Unlike the telecom-infrastructure V7.5 paper, which focuses on AAU, 256TRx, bypass TRL/AFR, S-parameters, and DSP relief, the deployment domain of this paper is the consumer smartphone. The focus is the Mobile AGI always-on power stack, sensor-to-agent security chain, physical-causality anti-fraud, and compliance-engineering mapping to the EU AI Act, GDPR, and repairability. This paper further proposes three physical-causality anti-fraud mechanisms. Environmental Entropy Coupling (ECM) provides evidence for deepfake-related events that lack natural environmental entropy. Spatial Inertial Phase Identification (SII) supports detection of fake base stations, phishing channels, and physical-source inconsistencies. Causal Vacuum Detection (CVD) checks whether logical data events are decoupled from thermal, electrical, or I/O events. These mechanisms do not replace cryptography or software security; they fill a physical-evidence gap left by software logs, blacklists, and content classifiers under AGI-generated fraud. The CVD layer is, to the author's knowledge, the first application of Landauer's principle of irreversible computation as a foundation for anti-fraud evidence chains, repositioning fraud detection from logical-layer pattern matching to physical-dissipation matching. The paper presents an auditable conceptual architecture rather than a deployment commitment, product specification, or cross-platform performance claim. Its hypotheses can be verified or rejected using battery drain, skin temperature, NPU duty cycle, memory bandwidth, uplink duty cycle, thermal throttling time, Leq variation, S-parameters, EVM, sensor cut-off time, OS/API tracing, side-channel baselines, ECM/SII/CVD evidence packets, and Fend end-state inspection.
