Research methods: analysis and synthesis of statistical data and literary sources, cognitive models of decision-making. Research results and conclusions. The conducted study confirms the relevance and feasibility of integrating artificial intelligence technologies into the human resource management system of sports organizations (using hockey clubs as an example).
