THE DIMENSIONAL EXPANSION OF THE UNIVERSE AND NUMBERS

ABSTRACT NOTE: The universe is not only expanding. It's recursive. This paper provides the formal mathematical proof for the dimensional emergence of reality, originating from a 0D Neutrino Superfluid. We demonstrate that dimensions are not spatial containers but kinetic phase transitions of the medium. We solve the transition from the 0th Period (Neutronium) to the 1st Period (Hydrogen) by identifying the Möbius-Limit (\(\Gamma \)). This framework provides the necessary scaffolding to resolve the remaining Millennium Prize Problems by redefining them as stability constraints within a 4D Toroidal Engine.
