The Information-Deterministic Paradigm "The Program of Evolution"

This paper substantiates the Information-Deterministic Paradigm "The Program of Evolution," which proposes a radical simplification of the modern scientific worldview. The mechanics of the universe are described as a cyclical process of unfolding and collapsing a primary information code. The author demonstrates that behind the apparent complexity of physical, biological, and social processes lies a single universal mechanism based on three fundamental principles: The "Create a Copy" Algorithm: A universal informational command that serves as the driving force behind any process—from the primary synthesis of matter and star formation to the dissemination of ideas in society. It emerges at the moment the primary "Nothingness" (0) splits into information vectors (+1 and -1). This experience of separation and subsequent fusion becomes the sole behavioral scenario for any entity in the universe. Every process in the cosmos is an act of executing this program. Recursive Systemic Tension: A systemic constraint that holds a structure within the bounds of local stability until the formation of the algorithm is complete. It is born simultaneously with the vector of expansion as the system’s "striving" to return to its original state of superposition (0), ensuring the finitude of any cycle. At different levels of the systemic organization of matter, it manifests as a binding and regulatory force in various forms: weak, strong, electromagnetic, gravitational, and social interactions. Functional Equilibrium: The point of balance between the energy of expansion and the restorative force of systemic contraction. Reaching this equilibrium triggers a phase transition (collapse), resulting in structural complexity—from primary vectors to quarks, protons, atoms, cells, cosmic, and social systems—through the geometric multiplication of algorithm copies. It also ensures the inevitable phase transition of a developing system from local subordination to the management of a higher-order macrosystem. Within this framework, a mathematical "region of stability" is introduced, allowing for the verification of any informational structure regarding its viability and logical purity. The work proposes a revision of the physical foundations of existence, defining matter as the result of the iterative execution of informational code in cycles of "unfolding – collapse – complexification." The "Big Bang" is postulated not as a mystical beginning, but as a natural stage of the cyclical algorithmic deployment of the universe. The paper resolves many problems in physics, cosmology, biology, sociology, and psychology by interpreting them as phase transitions within a single programmed matrix. The article includes the mathematical formalization of base variables and proposes a specific protocol for the empirical falsification of the model under laboratory conditions. The proposed approach eliminates teleological and anthropocentric constructs, reducing the complexity of systems to the principle of least action and topological necessity.
