PRECISION ENGINEERING OF SILVER NANOPARTICLES: MASTERING MORPHOLOGY AND STABILITY FOR DIVERSE INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS

The development of functionalized nanoparticles (NPs) for tissue engineering, drug transport, imaging, and cancer treatment has been studied. The special benefits of nanomaterials include their exceptional optical and physical traits, high surface area, programmable structure, and nanoscale size. In overall terms, silver nanoparticles seem promising in pharmaceutical, biomedical, and related disciplines because of their distinctive silver and nanoscale characteristics, as long as safety data is produced to demonstrate their safety and concurrently rule out their toxicity. In contrast to other antibacterial agents, silver has been extensively researched and utilized from ancient times to combat infections and prevent deterioration. In trace amounts, silver has also been shown to be non-toxic to people. Since silver targets a wide variety of pathogenic organisms, the resistance that microorganisms build to it is less than that of antibiotics. This assessment outlines the benefits for the medical field's future prospects, including the necessity for advancements in the treatment of incurable diseases and the finest drug delivery system in the event of a great pandemic.
