A young lady with myopathy, neuropathy and retiform purpura
The manuscript communicates an interesting case of cooked fish poisoning (Haff disease) whose novel dermatological manifestation (livedo rash) led to the unravelling of unexplained neuropathy (axonopathy due to neuronal microangiopathy).
