Factors associated with recovery capital among individuals with substance use disorders across treatment modalities in Iran
< 0.001). In multivariable analysis, perceived social support, perceived quality of life and satisfaction, living arrangements, and treatment modality jointly explained 44% of the variance in recovery capital. Recovery capital appears to be shaped by modifiable social and contextual resources, in addition to demographic and treatment-related factors. The strong associations with social support and perceived well-being highlight the importance of integrating psychosocial and quality-of-life-focused strategies into routine SUD services to strengthen recovery resources across treatment settings.
