Code and data for Figure 3: Woolly rhinoceros habitat modelling

This archive contains MATLAB scripts and a NetCDF habitat-suitability dataset used to reproduce the analyses and generate the component panels of Figure 3 associated with the manuscript “Paleogenomics and habitat modeling reveal temperate Eurasian origins of woolly rhinoceroses” by Lei, Ruan, et al. The scripts generate the analytical outputs and individual figure panels; the final composite figure was assembled externally from these outputs.
