The methodology of the LCT-01: Image types, hashes, wearer authority, and the dream of a formal Code

In this paper, we aim to document some of the methodology that has implicitly arisen in our previous monographs, update the concept of wearer authority, and discuss the possibility of a formal code for the taxonomy. The handling of holotype images is the most detailed aspect of this paper; appropriate for their status as the backbone that describe the vast majority of the tree's taxa. This methodology paper is intended to be one in a long series intended to refine the taxonomy and possibly build toward a unified Code one day.
