Hyperbolic two-temperature behavior in a nonlocal fiber-reinforced semiconducting medium under Moore–Gibson–Thompson model
This study focuses on developing a photothermal model for a nonlocal fiber-reinforced semiconductor medium having hyperbolic two-temperature (HTT) under Moore-Gibson-Thompson (MGT) theory of thermoelasticity. The half-space surface is exposed to a moving thermal load. The analytical solutions of the governing equations are derived utilizing the normal mode technique. To visualize the results with graphs, MATLAB software is used to perform numerical calculations. Comparisons are carried out to elucidate the impacts of nonlocality, fiber reinforcement (FR), HTT parameter, velocity of moving thermal load and photothermal transport process on various physical fields. Both load velocity and time have an increasing impact on all physical variables considered, consistent with the generalized thermoelasticity principle. The study also includes a discussion of some particular cases relevant to the problem.
