LSC 6.0: A Phenomenological Framework for Neutrino Propagation and Anisotropic Detection

This work presents LSC 6.0, a phenomenological framework for neutrino physics that unifies weak propagation-level effects with anisotropic detector response. The LSC framework has been developed over an extended period as an independent theoretical research line, with public Zenodo archival records beginning from LSC 4.2 (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19602045). LSC 6.0 should therefore be read as a mature continuation of an ongoing model-development process rather than as an isolated proposal. In contrast to previous exploratory versions, LSC 6.0 removes unsupported assumptions regarding primordial black holes or compact astrophysical objects and instead formulates the model in terms of an effective propagation factor and a detector response tensor. The central result is that a coupled propagation–measurement mechanism reduces the required energy-scale bias needed to explain the Gallium anomaly from ~10% to approximately 3–6%. This brings the model into a physically plausible regime consistent with existing constraints. The framework is tested qualitatively against: - BEST (Gallium anomaly, R ≈ 0.79) - KATRIN (no spectral distortion) - IceCube (anisotropy without global modulation) LSC 6.0 is explicitly formulated as an effective phenomenological model. It does not claim a fundamental origin but provides falsifiable predictions, including sidereal modulation, detector-dependent effects, and angular anisotropy. This work should be interpreted as a phenomenological model proposal rather than a confirmed physical theory. Abstract
