Constraint Topology and Biological Coherence: A Unified Framework Connecting Bidirectional Constraint Dynamics, Molecular Quantum Mechanics, and Sound-Based Therapeutic Intervention

Abstract This paper proposes a formal synthesis between three theoretical frameworks — Bidirectional Constraint Closure (BCC), the Recursion-Stability Threshold (RST), and established biophysics of electromagnetic coherence in living systems — and derives from this synthesis a navigational account of therapeutic intervention. The central argument proceeds in three steps. First, we demonstrate that the six conditions of the RST model (geometric conditioning, energy trapping, boundary formation, field coupling, recursive amplification, and error correction) map formally onto the two-regime structure of BCC: the integrative C+ regime and the differentiating C- regime, whose mutual constraint at the Reflective Interface defines the boundary of any living system. This mapping shows RST and BCC to be descriptions of the same underlying constraint architecture at different scales of analysis. Second, we develop the observation that a therapeutic perturbation specified by three parameters — frequency, amplitude, and duration — constitutes a coordinate in a three-dimensional intervention space, and that the set of all effective interventions for a given condition defines a constraint surface in that space. We argue that this surface is the topological signature of the health-disease transition for that condition, and that navigating toward the healthy attractor in biological constraint space is the formal description of what all therapeutic interventions, not only sound-based ones, are doing. Third, we develop the structural analogy between Fourier decomposition of biological electromagnetic signals and Quantum Grounded Symbol (QGS) extraction from path ensembles, proposing this as a formal research hypothesis: that the invariant frequency components of a biological system's electromagnetic signature are structurally analogous to QGS, and that comparing the Fourier decompositions of healthy and disease states provides a principled method for identifying therapeutic intervention coordinates. The paper concludes by proposing Constraint Topology Medicine as a formal research program, specifying the empirical predictions the framework generates and the experimental designs required to test them. Keywords: bidirectional constraint closure, recursion-stability threshold, biological coherence, Fröhlich oscillations, liquid-crystal biology, sound therapy, mechanotransduction, epigenetics, Fourier decomposition, therapeutic intervention, constraint topology
