Instrumental Framework for Conscious Resonance Theory: Neural Impedance Tuning and tACS Hardware Validation

In recent years, theoretical studies in quantum biology have suggested that consciousness emerges from neural networks resonating at fundamental electromagnetic frequencies, integrating Kuramoto dynamics with microtubule models. Despite the mathematical elegance of these postulates, there remains a critical gap regarding their instrumental validation. This paper proposes a neural transduction model that reinterprets ion channel kinetics as a phenomenological inductance within an RLC framework. To test this hypothesis, we present the design of an experimental protocol based on transcranial alternating current stimulation (tACS). Utilizing a hardware architecture with medical-grade isolation, we aim to investigate whether impedance matching to the Schumann Resonance (7.83 Hz) facilitates states of cognitive hypercoherence, establishing a practical link between theoretical biocosmic physics and applied biomedical engineering.
