Technical Note: Cybernetic Hematopoiesis and the Wave-Native Eradication of Sickle Cell Disease
This work presents a theoretical cybernetic framework for the in vivo correction of Sickle Cell Disease, transitioning pharmacology from passive chemistry to active mechanical logic. This architecture establishes: Topological Targeting: Modeling the skeleton as a resonant computational medium to navigate delivery substrates to decentralized hematopoietic niches via spectral matching. Bistable Delivery Matrices: Utilizing zwitterionic Duffing-oscillator mechanics to create a biological "AND" gate, releasing CRISPR payloads only upon simultaneous exposure to niche acidosis and HSC-specific proteases. Source-Code Correction: Supporting direct HBB correction or HbF upregulation without myeloablative conditioning.
