This paper brings the multifaceted role of physical education in enhancing students’ physical fitness, mental health, academic performance, and social development. It emphasizes the importance of integrating innovative teaching strategies, modern infrastructure, and inclusive policies to strengthen physical education programs. The study is based on secondary data from academic literature and reports. The findings indicate that physical education is an essential component of education systems and contributes significantly to building a healthier and more productive society.
