Scale-Time Theory
Scale-Time Theory: The Geometry of Scale-Space (Version 4.0) presents a foundational theoretical framework in which ordinary spacetime is not treated as the deepest layer of reality, but as an emergent readout of a deeper 2D generative scale plane. At the center of this architecture is a rotating source phasor that provides the framework’s deepest clock and drives a continuous scale flux across all scales. Within this picture, the photon threshold marks the first readable radiative ignition of the carrier at the Nyquist-Shannon 2× oversampling floor, opening the first spatial reference from which richer 4D slice structures, matter, geometry, and larger-scale organization become possible. The framework develops a unified interpretive language for quantum behavior, classical stability, spin, light, mass, gravity, and cosmology by treating them as distinct readout regimes or structural consequences of one underlying scale process. Phase-locked aliasing is proposed as the basis of first stable state formation; oversampling as the basis of readout smoothing and classical robustness; and coherence as the basis of native-slice anchoring and identity preservation. Light and matter are correspondingly described as different organizations of the same deeper scale flux: light as minimally crowded flux in transit, matter as crowded, phase-locked, coherence-preserving closure. Alongside its interpretive foundation, the manuscript sets out a mathematical scaffold for photon ignition, threshold hierarchy, matter assembly, gravity as scale ordering, scale lensing, Scale-Time Doppler, black-hole limits, and recurrent-threshold cosmology, while also identifying candidate observational tests. The result is an ambitious and internally organized proposal that aims to reframe the relation between space, time, matter, and readout within a single generative model, while explicitly presenting itself as a research program still open to further derivation and empirical evaluation.
