The article cites cases of passenger aircraft shootdowns and attacks on airports. The aim of this article is to identify military threats affecting the security of air operations and airports in light of the experiences and armed conflicts in Ukraine and the Persian Gulf region. The research problem is expressed by the question: what military threats affect the security of air operations and the operation of airports?
