MODERN PROBLEMS AND DEVELOPMENT DIRECTIONS OF PERSONNEL TRAINING
The restoration of state independence and sovereignty of our republic at the end of the 20th century marked the beginning of a new era in the political, economic, social and cultural life of our country. Our country has transitioned to a market economy. Therefore, major changes have occurred in its economic life. This situation, in turn, requires the improvement of the educational system, the goals, tasks and content of the educational process. In order for the educational system to be successfully modernized, it is necessary to free the educational system from the ideological and political shackles of the Soviet education system and determine the main directions of state policy in the humane education system, its principles of action, the content, goals and structure of education. Preparing students for choosing a profession is one of the most important issues facing schools as one of the components of the educational process. Although vocational orientation, which is a state problem by its nature, a social problem by its content, and an economic problem by its result, is in the interest of various sciences, this problem is related to its pedagogical and psychological essence as the most complex and necessary issue of the modern era, and the choice of a profession and specialty according to each student's interests and abilities should correctly determine his future life.
