Dosimetry of [177Lu]Lu-PSMA therapy in a hemodialysis patient: a case study
Despite the preexisting kidney failure of a hemodialysis patient, the carefully monitored radiation dose of [<sup>177</sup>Lu]Lu-PSMA therapy remained below safe dose thresholds and no signs of severe hematotoxicity were observed.
