ORGANİZATİON AND DEVELOPMENT MODELS OF THE PEDAGOGİCAL PROCESS İN TEACHİNG ENGLİSH
The rapid changes taking place in the global educational space in modern times, technological progress and the requirements of the information society have made it necessary to reconsider the fundamental concepts of pedagogical science. Classical pedagogical concepts such as education, training and upbringing are no longer just a mechanism for transferring knowledge, but are perceived as dynamic processes aimed at the comprehensive development of the personality, its adaptation to the digital world and the disclosure of its creative potential. In this regard, an in-depth study of the essence of pedagogical concepts and the application of modern, innovative approaches to them are of strategic importance in the process of forming the younger generation. The reforms implemented in the education system, especially the introduction of new curriculum standards, require a redefinition of the roles of teachers and students. Now the learning process involves the student's transition from a passive listener to an active subject discovering knowledge. At the same time, the concept of upbringing is enriched with new shades such as digital ethics, critical thinking and global citizenship. Against the background of the rapid development of pedagogical technologies, the study of the regularities of personality development and formation comes to the fore as one of the most urgent issues in the field of education in Azerbaijan today. Since the development of human capital is a priority direction of state policy, the management of these processes on scientific and theoretical grounds is of particular relevance.
