Inflationary Copying Cosmology (ICC): Space as a Relaxation Process of Copying Rate Fields

We propose a cosmological framework in which spacetime is anemergent dynamical process governed by a local copying-rate field.Cosmological expansion corresponds to continuous generation of spaceat a background rate Hbg. Physical structures arise as dynamicaldeviations from this background, forming defect states of the copying process. We introduce a coupled dissipative system for the localcopying rate and a compensatory response field. The model admitsstable, metastable, and unstable regimes corresponding to baryonicmatter, dark-matter-like halos, and transitional structures. Gravitational effects emerge as nonlinear responses to spatial gradients of thedeviation field. Mass is interpreted as an integrated stationary deviation. The framework provides a unified description of cosmic structureformation without invoking particle dark matter.Note: This work is Part VI of the ICC (Information-CopyingCosmology / Inflationary Copying Cosmology) research program. Previous Parts I–V focused on discrete information-theoretic foundationsand lattice realizations [1–5]. The present Part VI develops the continuum field dynamics of spatial copying rates.
