Triglyceride deposit cardiomyovasculopathy as a predictor of vascular failure after coronary intervention in patients with hemodialysis: a preliminary analysis
= 0.015; adjusted OR 12.3, 95% CI 1.62-93.2, respectively). TGCV was associated with higher vascular failure after DES implantation in HD patients, and might represent a potential therapeutic target after PCI. Given the small cohort and wide CIs, these findings are preliminary and hypothesis-generating, warranting validation in larger, prospective studies.
